So I started on 12 st 8 lb about 8 weeks ago and according to the NHS website my BMI was 26.6 Overweight.
Today, after cutting out the biscuits and exercising a bit, my weight is down to 12 st 1 lb and my BMI is now 25.6 Overweight - so still overweight but not as much as before!
It's all going well but it's tough.
