I have been swimming, cycling and running and now I have a bit if a sore lower back. Exercising does not seem to be making it any worse. I am experimenting with my bike set up, a bit, to see if that may be the problem. So far this week I have run 10 miles on Monday, had a horse riding lesson yesterday, I will be cycling for a hour later today and then a rest day tomorrow followed by swimming and running on Friday with climbing in the evening and a cycle then run on Saturday and swimming and cycling on Sunday. With it being school holidays next week I think I may need to be creative with the training plan.
