I have still been taking it pretty easy, with just a coule of short runs this week, a short cycle and a swim session. Climbing tonight and then a swim session in the morning and a 10K race on Sunday. I have not been running much so the race is purely for fun and to get out of the house. Now the summer and good weather has gone my daughter has decided to go back to sea swimming, so last saturday was our first one back since the spring and I think the plan is for tomorrow as well. It is going to be bouncy!
