Well we have been up to something new over the last couple of weeks. Evening swimming in a lake and yes it is cold, 5 degrees last night. When I saw swim, I mean more like a 10 minute dip, but on a moonlit frosty night it was magical. Apart from that normal running, a bit of cycling and swim training.
I am thinking about plans for next year but nothing decided on just yet. With a lot of events cost is starting to come in to the equation a lot more.
