Ready or not I'm running Abingdon marathon

I have ran 9 marathons in the last few years with 8 ending in disappointment and one Dublin ran in 4.14, hopefully blogging will be away of getting on track again. Just come back from injury, still have tight hamstrings but looking to get going again with a base training programme.  I am rehabbing the hamstrings every day to make sure I stay on track.
