About this challenge

Build up your walking fitness with our 30 day step challenge. Each day you’ll be given a step target to meet, which gets progressively greater as you continue through the challenge.

You can split the total steps up into manageable chunks - just make sure you hit the target each day and everyday.

Use a fitness wearable, pedometer or a free mobile app to track your progress throughout each day. All you need you need to do is check in daily to tick off your target.
