Fundraising

I am new to running but plan to do a longer event next year as a goal to work for. I know which organisation I want to raise funds for but is it too early to start fundraising now?

It is never too early to start fundraising. Generally speaking, people who start their fundraising early are able to raise much more for their chosen charity, which prevents the stress of trying to find those last few donations during race week. Plus if you start fundraising now, it'll be a great motivating factor throughout your training.

I've signed up to run an event for charity, but I'm struggling to raise enough money. How can I let more people know about my challenge?
