I have very flat feet and I find it difficult to run? I am also a severe pronator. Can I still take up running? Is there any advice you could give me?

Yes you can indeed take up running, and it¹s great that you are already aware that you pronate when you run. My advice to you would be to visit a running store where they can help you find the right pair of shoes for you.

If you are a severe pronator, then it may be advisable to visit a podiatrist who will be able to suggest some specific shoes for you, or might even recommend custom-made orthotics. Getting the right advice and shoes is a worthwhile investment, one that will contribute to your long-term running health.

Silly question maybe, when running a marathon in shorts and vest, where do you keep your supply of gels?
