I get a stitch on my right side at the bottom of my rib cage, every run that I do. It sometimes moves over to my left but not very often. Is there anything that you can suggest? I've tried putting my hands in the air, squeezing my water bottle and I stop to stretch but it always comes back. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
A stitch can be difficult to shake off but you'll find lots of tips in this article from physiotherapist Mark Buckingham.
