My wife feels very lethargic in the mornings. She is suffering from high blood pressure. What is your advice?

With an issue such as this you really need to seek advice from a medical professional, so we strongly advise you to do that.

I've started running again after a long time off. I'm taking it easy and building up using a run/walk routine. I went for a run last week, the run felt good but woke up the next morning with the a very sore knee and a very tender inside tendon on my right knee. Any ideas as to what I've done?
