How fast should I run?
You should start out at a pace that is comfortable and sustainable. Initially this may just be a walk or a very slow jog. It’s best to learn how to run by feel, gauging your internal effort, rather than become hung up on hitting a certain pace. Don’t force things; there are certainly no rules about how fast you must run.
