Method

  1. Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the packet.

  2. Chop all the salad ingredients and mix with the balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp of the olive oil. Season to taste with the black pepper.

  3. Drain the pasta and stir in the salad ingredients and chicken and serve.
