The 10k is a milestone for many beginner runners, and a popular distance for PB-addicts who want to keep beating their best time. Whatever your ability level, once you’ve run the distance and submitted your evidence you’ll earn this stunning medal as a lasting memento of your achievement. 

You can either submit evidence for multiple runs that equal your Virtual Event distance overall, or run the whole distance at once.
