As we all know, our mental health is as important as our physical health. That is why we are encouraging as many people as possible to get out there this month and run, walk or step for your wellbeing to support people living with mental illness who need our help. Complete the total height of Ben Nevis, Mount Snowden and Scafell Pike in a day by recording your steps on your favourite app or device. That’s 3,408 metres elevation (totalling 6,681 steps) which you can complete on your staircase at home, round your garden or outdoors while maintaining a safe social distance. Do it all yourself or get your friends and family involved and try and hit the target together as a team.
When you are done you will receive your virtual medal!
We recommend setting a fundraising target of at least £100 for this event. Set up your Just Giving page here and we will be in touch to support you on your Mental Health Mountains Challenge.
Once you are done registering your efforts with a screenshot of your steps we will be in touch to say a massive thank you for all your hard work.
