The combo pack comes with four separate training plans to help you reach each of your goals by gradually increasing your abilities every day. There are rest days included, so you’ll always have the energy you need.

You’ll use your 30-day training plans to record your progress in each of the challenges along the way. Once you’ve finished the challenges, send us your completed training logs as proof that you’ve mastered each exercise, and we’ll send your medals out to you.
