Be a stay at home hero with Barnardo’s Family Fitness Challenge. You’ll get fit, have fun and even get a medal when you reach your goal! Sign up your family and you’ll receive a 30 day plan filled with activities to undertake each day. Have fun ticking off daily activities with plans tailored for all ages and abilities from under 5’s to Mum and Dad.

2) Collect sponsorship from friends and family

3) Have fun taking on the daily fitness challenges and tick them off your plan

4) Upload the evidence and fundraise £50 and we will send you a medal in the post.* 

With your support, we can ensure vulnerable children and families receive the help they need during this crisis. Your fundraising can help us remotely counsel and support vulnerable children, help us deliver the services they need through digital means, and help provide food vouchers so children and families can maintain good health during their time in isolation.
