Description

As we all know, our mental health is as important as our physical health. That is why we are encouraging as many people as possible to get out there this month and run or walk for your wellbeing and to support people living with mental illness who need our help. Complete a half marathon distance over the course of 1 week, record your effort on your favourite app and verify the distance you covered. That’s about 2 miles a day for 7 days, which is no easy task, but we know you can do it to help support services that ensure people living with mental illness can get the help they so desperately need.

 

When you are done you will receive your virtual medal!

 

We recommend setting a fundraising target of at least £100 for this event. Set up your Just Giving page here and we will be in touch to support you on your Mental Health (Half) Marathon Journey.
