I want to get back into shape and get to a healthy weight. I also want to exercise regularly and get back into running.

I had one of those moments this morning after dropping my wife off to work of not wanting to run. I overcame this.

It certainly has been a long time since I last posted. Unfortunately running went by the wayside.
Current position: I have not lost any weight and in fact have put 2lbs on. I need to get this sorted.
