I like running

My training ups and downs following a succesful attempt at the London Marathon in 2013 . Silverstone and Wycombe Half Marathons got me new PB's , and the Luton half was to finish my year   It is was back to Silverstone on march 2nd this year follwed by Milton Keynes half a week later . Now I am in training for London Marathon 2015
