Pete W's Fun Run 2008
Well the heat of 2007 hasn't put me off so I'll be applying again for 2008! What really convinced me was the superb camaraderie and support from fellow bloggers (you know who you are!!).
So this site will map out my racing and training as I go through the year until FLM 08. I'll be doing shorter races over the summer and probably cross country for the club in winter then kicking in the marathon training come December.
Hope to see a lot of fellow 2007 bloggers on here and hope they'll say HI!

OK now having read your comments I realise that I didn't write much in my last post and that was because I didn't really have much to say.

I did an easy 3.5 miles tonight at the track and coached a session of 10 x 100m sprints for the group - I didn't sprint! So nice and easy night - got a steady 7 on Wednesday and then a faster 6 on Thursday.
