 Hopefully I will get an entry to the FLM2008....but if not I'm going to do the Lochaber marathon in Scotland a week later.

This will be my third marathon and I'm not going to set myself any goals at this minute.I'm just going to concentrate on good,consistant and injury free training from now till then.

I'm also planning a race every month from now till then.

Speed training

Still can't believe I made it

  Well as the pictures prove I did eventually make it. My hands and feet swelled up and I got the most impressive blisters I've had in 4years of running!! I'm still very disappointed about my time of over 6h...

The heat spoiled the time but...
