(Still) Running from the Fat Man

The title of this blog still stand because the fat man is still just over my shoulder, but as my pace gets faster and my distance gets longer he is moving more and more into the distance. I am now still 20+ stone but, over the last months I have lost 3stone through running and Diet.  Only another 4 to go until I reach my first big goal. I have set myself some pretty hard goals for the next 11months but all of them are achievable if I continue with my plans. So thanks to all the people who read this blog, it has helped me.  I only hope I can be some inspiration to somebody else.
