A continuation of the orginal Runwith Roxy blogs. Roxy is now 10 years old and sadly can no longer run the distances with me, although we still run park runs togther from time to time.

Happy New Year!

Snowdonia the summary Sometimes you can have a great weekend…  sometimes a fantastic weekend…. sometimes an epic weekend and then very rarely a weekend like we had in Snowdonia last week. Great, fantastic, amazing, epic all rolled into one. Memories th...

Retail therapy

Good evening everyone. What a week it’s been for many of the team – some epic runs and long walks. For me it been a week or two of retail therapy to cheer myself up– with a bit of training for Snowdonia too.  Daughter number 1 has started her 3rd year ...

What are the maths of maratho...

Whilst out on my long run yesterday I found myself thinking about how the numbers add up for marathon training. Obviously come the big day of the Marathon itself you need to run 26.2 miles – although in my first London Marathon, too much weaving meant ...
