Hi guys,
I've been quiet for such a long time because - yes, you guessed it - I haven't been running, sigh.
I've always had dodgy knees & being nearly 3stone overweight when I started my return was just too much for them so I had to change my tactics....
I haven't been for a run in 10days. There's been a variety of reasons, mainly just too much going on & too many family demands. I have to admit that there have been little windows of opportunity when I could have gone out & haven't and now I'm regrettin...

So today was the day I had designated for my first run since I went down with my vile cold a week ago. I had decided that I'd try 3min run/2min walk intervals as a gentle starting point, with the hope of managing 5 repeats.
