London Marathon 2014 - Mission to complete in under...

After running London last year I never really pushed myself to the absolute limit, my goal was to achieve a sub 4 hour time & this year I am more determined than ever. By the time I stand on the start line on 13th April 2014 I know that i'd have done everything possible to prepare for a sub 4 hour time.

This will probably be my last shot at this as I have always said that when I have completed three London Marathons then that's it, so I am hoping to go out with a sub 4 hour personal best..

This is my journey, & along with it will be some highs & lows but by sharing it with you I will hopefully draw on other peoples experiences.

I am running for Children with Cancer UK & I hope to raise as much as I can before the big day.

Let the hard work begin!!!
