Ballot place in VLM 2014 - I have to...

11 of us entered the London Marathon 2012 ballot and I was the only one to get a place. I trained for it and found it the hardest thing I have ever done.  On the day I really struggled and the weather did not help as it was sunny and warm and I dont run well in the heat!  I finished though in 5.29 and was really disappointed with my time as I know I walked too much.  I was told you can never take my medal away which is so true.  I applied again and got through again - they must like old and slow runners!  Anyway I feel that this is my second chance to try again and am determined to get fitter and try for 5 hours in 2014.
