It’s not dark yet
I don’t know! All I can think of is my easy pace should have been Zone 2, comfortable Zone 3 and steady Zone 4? Either way, my first run in compression socks made me feel sluggish at any speed, so I did the distance but the splits were hopeless!
The event is due to taking place next October and as I did a half marathon just yesterday and have a marathon in the diary, what could possibly go wrong?!
