SCIENCE IN SPORT

Hi all,

Just a quick blog. I've been doing a little research into the SIS nutrition range, but I don't really know what to have as a running supplement. 

I have been using the PowerBar range but really want to start experimenting with the SIS range. I take energy gels on long runs (but these are with water) I want to try gels without water. I also take protein shakes after a workout & the SIS range have so many to choose from.

Any advice on this would be fantastic.
