1 week after the New York marathon and I am now ready to resume training for next event.
I missed out on finishing under 4hrs by just 30 seconds!! Altough I could not physically have gone any quicker.
I had to run the last 1.2miles in 6and a half mins and despite going for it could feel muscles and tendons ripping.
Official chip time came in at 4hrs 0mins and29secs
