well really enjoyed NORTH RUN,first for fifteen years.Met up with friend and got metro to start.Was  a field of over 57000 runners.We were right at back it actually took us 20 mins too get over start line.As I had not done any real training I paced it on 8:30s so no real pressure.The weather was very hot so good for spectators but not runners.We both ran together and really enjoyed it I finished in 1:51 which was spot on what I paced.I came in top 10% so pleased with little training.Sadly a runner lost his life near finish so sad and sure everyone's thoughts with his family.Had few days rest so hoping to be back out tomorrow.
