I know it's better to feel ill this week than next, but am pretty fed up of having so many coughs/colds. I haven't been able to run at all sine the weekend and am losing confidence fast - not that I had that much to start with. Booooo.
Ho hum. Only 10 days to go so no point fretting about what I can't change I suppose. Hopefully I'll be able to get out for a few short runs before the big day.
