Despite having a horrible cold and missing a couple of runs, January has been pretty successful - by my standards that is, this will look a bit pathetic to you seasoned marathon types!!
Here's what I managed ...
Total distance = 125km (77.8 miles)
Longest run = 19km (11.8 miles)
Weight loss = 11lb (yey, finally shifting some weight)
I am looking forward to what happens next. Bring. It. On.
