First proper 'hill session'. Oh my!

So who knew running up and down hills could be such a killer?!

I did my first 30 min hill session tonight - running up as fast I could, jogging down. It was HARD work but felt quite good in a weird kind of way ;-)

Short term pain for long term gain, right?!

I do wonder what the people who lived on that hill thought though, as I staggered up and down past their windows again and again, haha!!
