First proper interval session for a while ...

... and it felt pretty good, phew!!

I did it at the gym as I don't have the self control to pace myself properly if I do them outside. By the time I left I was a bit of a sweat ball, yuuukk!

Still, all good, and 3rd session this week done. Long run left to do at the weekend and we're on to the next week. These 15-16 weeks are going to fly aren't they? eek.
