Singing was great!!  Bohemian Rhapsody, Hallelujah Chorus, Pinball Wizard.........had a great time rehearsing and performing.  Now back to running as Marathon not far away now!!!

So - was tired out on Sunday after dress rehearsal, matinee and evening performance so just went for medium run......11 miles.
Slow but steady and singing away on my way round.   Amazing that Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody just popped up on my sony mp3 as I was running past Souter Lighthouse..............sung it perfectly in tune!
Scenery was great too and stopped to take some photos

Great run - sunny, even a bit warm
but I've still to do a really long run (20miles).....so that's on the menu for this week.

Bought some more Dead Sea Magik Bath Salts and Lavender oil for long bath afterwards.....oh, and am remembering to lie with legs up the wall to stretch out after running.  

must get some long-distance jelly babies .......
