I just did 5 1/2 miles.
Not as fast as I need for the marathon, but a few minutes faster than I managed that route last time (3 weeks ago, before my fall last 2 weeks ago).
I know I'm going on and on about this, but I just don't understand why all my runs here are a couple of minutes a mile slower than they are in England. I wonder if I will go back to my own pace when I go home? (Hahahaha... Yeah, I know. Dreeeeeam...)
