"Happy Mother's Day, Mum. Here's some chocolates. Can we have some? I want one NOW!" Followed by "Why do you want a shower? We want to eat the chocolates NOW!" I have just been for a run. I need a shower!

Aaah... Motherhood!

The run I'd been for was that 2.44 mile route again, but a little bit faster again (11.14 min/mile. Slow by 'normal' people's standards, but fast for me. (Hmmmmm MTS complained about a problem here, I wonder if I have sorted it?)
