The first 11.x miles were faster than I've managed for long runs lately (Under 14 min / mile Slow for 'normal' people, but fast for disabled old me!)
But then, after another hour, I fell over, and hurt myself really badly. There are two serious scragey cuts on my right hand (which is bruised to hell), and both my knees are very badly scraged and bruised (and my Ron Hills are trashed!).
Dunno at all why I fell, but Rob says it was just that I was worn out after running that far.
It was horrible, walking home (freezing cold, in gear for running, not walking in February), hurting like hell.
