Wed - time limited but managed about 30mins, was going quite fast and spent the entire running counting 1 to 100 in my head loads of times - this is my strategy when I want to concentrate on how hard / fast I'm training. Route planner reckoned I went 3.61miles and I know it took only just over half an hour so I'm quite happy!! Does anybody use the "counting to 100" method in their head while they're running, or is it just me and I shouldn't have admitted to it?
The Half Marathon entry went in yesterday... no wimping out now!
