2 weeks before my half marathon and I'm struck down with cold (again) - my training this year hasn't gone fantastically well due to illness which is so unlike me! Having not done a long run (over an hour) for 2 weeks now I guess the best thing is to forget about lost time and try and lose the cold in time for the half marathon.
Like I've practiced running while trying to run with a cup full of water (failed, I now move over to the outside and walk through water stations) I might try practice the running while blowing my nose trick - however I can't remember ever seeing any advice on this?
