First mid week gym session

Well, I have to take my hat off to my son tonight. There was no attempt to avoid going, & when time came to go he was at the ready complete with a packed kitbag.

We had over an hour in the gym - treadmill, x-trainer, row, trx, crunches, swim - we did the lot. And to top it all, he approached everything with 100% commitment & effort.
