Good morning Blog

And what a good morning it is. Decided to lessen the pace last night & managed to complete just over 6 miles in just over an hour; a nice gentle 10 minute miler.

Looking back this is where I was this time last year, except the recovery time was much greater. I feel sooo much more positive about training now. Still haven't lost any weight, however
