So where to start....I guess deciding on a goal to aim for...I want to do a sprint triathlon later this year, which kinda aids the kind of sports I need to keep plugging at, namely:
I also want to shed the extra weight that I seem to have acquired in the last couple of years since doing the great north run in 2006. I'm guessing that controlling the chocolate addiction would probably help with this one.
So I have tried to make a start this week...I have played hockey today ( we won 4-1 yay!) and have been swimming twice, although this was only because the other half was going so I tagged along! But I still went and did a number of lengths.
Actually gonna have to go swimming now as I have bought a new swimming costume due the old one showing distinct signs of perishing!
