Well I often tell people to listen to their body and if they're feeling tired to take a recovery run or rest day, well today I finally listened!
I was still feeling tired from last night and it was a struggle to get out of bed this morning (pushed the snooze button a couple of times!) so I took a rest day and didn't run at lunch. It still feels strange but I think I'll feel the benefit on Sunday when I have another 20 mile run planned!
Well now I'll have a look around and see how you all finished another week!
