Still in pain

But improving slowly!!

Thanks for all your good wishes and advice, I woke today still in pain but it's a little easier.  Been taking the ibuprofen and using Nurofen gel to massage in which seems to be working.  Back to work tomorrow and due to have an easy run at lunch so I'll see how I go!

I need to run after all the chocolate I've had over the last few day I must have put on pounds especially as I've not been running!
