Recovery run??

Well today was supposed to be a recovery run with Wendy at lunch and my legs felt very heavy from the start and it seemed an effort to run.

We managed 4 miles in 42 minutes in almost good weather!  Just some light spots of rain but very windy and the run was pleasant but my legs felt tired - can't think why! Rest day tomorrow but back on the train to work and back as car not repaired and new one not here yet!

Will hopefully run Thursday lunch then to track and back Thursday night with a fast track session in the middle!  happy running.
