That's Better

Ran some intervals, 3 x 10 minutes hard with a couple of minutes recoveries.  Felt better than I have for quite a while.  Loose and relaxed.

Looked at some details about the Kilomathon today.  9 am start is pretty early and the starting "pens" close at 8.15 which seems way over the top.  That means being there for 8 o'clock at the latest to drop off kit.  It better warm up in the mornings in the next couple of weeks, as I don't fancy waiting around to start, having stripped off to race kit, for 45 minutes.  Will have to find an old T-shirt I can throw away.  Will dig out a bin liner as well.
