I am slowly starting to build up my running, with 2 miles twice a week. I am trying to cycle as well, but do find it hard to go out on the bike in not so nice weather and for that reason I am considering buying a mountain bike. I am thinking I mght feel safer on a mountain bike in the wind and rain
Last week I managed two small runs, two swims and one cycle. On Sunday I thought I would swim for as long as I could to get a feel for how I have progressed and I managed 2000m, so very pleased and then in the afternoon did a short 10 miles cycle.
