OMG - Should I Have Swapped Plans!?!

Well, I thought I'd swap my couch to 5K app and try the Realbuzz 5K beginners plan.  I'm on week 2 session 2 and it nearly killed me!  I've never been so exhausted in my life!

Comparing the plans, the Realbuzz one expected me to do 5 minutes running and 3 minutes walking 3 times, and run 3 expects me to do 8 minutes running and 3 minutes walking 2 times.  The app said do 90 seconds of running and 2 minutes of walking for 20 minutes in total, and that's for session 1, 2 and 3 in week 2.

Have I made a mistake or should I do the harder one!?!  I can certainly cope better with the app version, and I'm certainly a bit scared of doing 8 full minutes!
