I have not posted for awhile, i am still keeping up with my swimming training, this is now including using a kickboard, now that is fun lol to start with i was not even moving, so on watching the best way to do it, i am now moving abit slowly but still getting to the end of pool. This last week has also had me picking up my pace, with this i find it easier to breath every 5/6 stroke and not the 3 that i do when slow swimming.
Yesterday i went out and brough myself a kickboard, pullbouy and swim gloves in readiness for the not lot of training. Only two weeks left now before my Aquathlon event in Littlehampton,
